About the Project
For any person buying a new property, it’s an exciting time. But when the property is in need of an update, it can be seen as a daunting task – especially if you’re unsure of where to start.
At EMS Ltd, we were approached by one of our clients to partially re-furbish one of their newly acquired properties. And as usual, our engineers got stuck in and began work.
Work carried out:
- Upgraded all electrical, plumbing and heating
- Decorated throughout the property
- Installed new kitchen
- Installed and plumbed a new bathroom suite.
From start to finish the job was completed within 6 weeks, which allowed our clients to welcome tenants into the property.
